Station Data
Showing the baseline data bundled in this file.
Required: BE, Item Code, On Hand, AM. Supported: Store Name, Dep/Cat, monthly Consumption, Region, City, District, Latitude and Longitude. Daily-consumption columns are converted to monthly (× 30).
Warehouse Data
Showing the baseline data bundled in this file.
Expects columns: Location, Item Number, Item Description, Item Type Desc, On Hand Qty, Available Qty.
PO Status Data
Upload the latest PO Status CSV.
Searchable by Station Code/Name, Region, Member Name, PO Status, Category and Stock Request Number.
Authorized Users
Manage employee Badge # access.
Required columns: AM Badge #, Area Managers Name.
User Login Activity
Admin-only access monitoring. Location is recorded for every successful employee portal login.

CSV Download Approval Requests

Each approval allows one download within 2 hours. Employee requests are bound to their current filtered CSV snapshot.

Log in as Admin to review requests.
Performance mode: latest 100 login records are shown on screen. CSV Export downloads the full retained history.
Loads the latest centrally stored Station and Warehouse data for all users.
Search Station Inventory
View station on-hand quantity, consumption and MTC.
Select a filter to search inventory.
No filters applied
Enter a Station Number, an Item Code, or choose a Dep/Cat, Area Manager, or Region to begin.
Combine filters to narrow the results — e.g. an Area Manager plus an Item Code shows that item's on-hand quantity across every station in that manager's area.
